A pallet block is an individual support component used to separate the decks of a block-style pallet. Blocks appear at specified positions beneath the deck assembly and work with the boards and fasteners as part of the complete structure. The term refers to the support component, rather than the entire block pallet.
When identifying a pallet, note the block positions, dimensions and material shown on its specification. A block layout can help describe the available entry paths, but it does not provide a load rating by itself. For a replacement or custom order, match the full construction to the application.
